Role description
• Seeking a Data Stewardship and Governance team member with strong expertise in Pharma Commercial Marketing and Sales domains. • The role involves managing HCP/HCO master data, payer/formulary structures, sales roster and territory alignment, campaign, and channel taxonomy, and ensuring compliance with governance policies. • Responsibilities include defining data standards, stewardship workflows, and metadata management; performing data profiling, quality checks, and remediation; and supporting privacy/compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act). • Candidate must have strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and analysis, along with experience in data integration and transformation using AWS Glue or similar ETL tools. • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks), governance tools (Collibra, Informatica Axon/EDC), and MDM solutions (Veeva Network, Reltio, Informatica MDM) is preferred. • Ability to work with Pharma data sources (IQVIA, claims, specialty pharmacy, CRM, marketing automation, sales performance data) and collaborate with commercial, marketing, and compliance teams is essential. • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills required.
