The Role
• Stabilise, improve, and enhance existing data pipelines
• Support ongoing modernisation and cloud migration activities
• Ensure reliability and performance of existing ETL processes
• Work across a hybrid on-premise and Azure-based data platform
• Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure downstream data reliability
What You'll Need
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and SSIS
• Advanced T-SQL development and debugging skills
• Proven experience working on ETL pipelines, including testing and troubleshooting
• Experience enhancing existing integrations rather than solely building new ones
• Strong experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
• Experience using Python for ETL, automation, or data processing
• Familiarity with Azure SQL or other cloud-based data platforms
