The ideal candidate should have experience managing incidents, raising and resolving support tickets, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operation of data pipelines. Strong SQL, cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery), and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Data Engineering experience
Strong experience with Matillion ETL
Production support and incident management
Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
SQL and cloud data warehouse experience
Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
