Skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. β€’ Over six years of experience in data engineering or backend development. β€’ Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and pipeline creation. β€’ Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, and Lambda. β€’ Strong skills in data modeling, schema design, and workflow automation. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills β€’ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. β€’ Experience with HR or workforce management systems. β€’ Knowledge of cloud-based workflow optimization and cost reduction strategies. β€’ Familiarity with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
