Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
β’ Over six years of experience in data engineering or backend development.
β’ Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and pipeline creation.
β’ Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, and Lambda.
β’ Strong skills in data modeling, schema design, and workflow automation.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
β’ Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ Experience with HR or workforce management systems.
β’ Knowledge of cloud-based workflow optimization and cost reduction strategies.
β’ Familiarity with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
