Are you an experienced Data Engineer looking for your next contract opportunity where you can make a real impact on a large-scale Microsoft Fabric transformation programme? 📍 Remote (UK-based only) 💼 6 Month Contract (Outside IR35) 💰 £500-£650 per day We’re partnering with a large organisation currently undertaking a major enterprise data transformation and are looking for a skilled Contract Data Engineer to support the migration and integration of their existing data platforms into Microsoft Fabric. As a Data Engineer, you will be: 🔧 Supporting the migration of enterprise data platforms into Microsoft Fabric ☁️ Building and optimising modern cloud-based data pipelines and integrations 📊 Working across Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Databricks and wider Microsoft data technologies 🔄 Helping modernise legacy data architecture and integration layers 👥 Collaborating with engineering and business teams to improve data accessibility, performance and scalability 🚀 Supporting the delivery of a large-scale enterprise data transformation programme We’re open to different backgrounds, but the ideal Data Engineer will have: ✔️ Previous experience working on data migration, integration or modernisation projects ✔️ Hands-on experience with tools such as Databricks, Azure SQL, Data Lake, Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric ✔️ Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work within complex enterprise environments If you match the above, apply immediately or email megan.blackett@maxwellbond.co.uk 😊 Also, if we’ve already spoken regarding this opportunity, there’s no need to apply again.
