We are recruiting for a global insurance client, a leader in financial services, for a professional with extensive product data analytics experience.
The Role
• Develop and implement data models, analytics frameworks, and experimentation strategies across the platform
• Develop segmentation and predictive models for personalization and proactive member engagement
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, cohort studies) to assess feature effectiveness
• Create dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to empower internal teams with real-time insights
What You'll Need
• Extensive experience in data science, analytics, or related roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex data sets
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
• Proven experience working directly with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
