Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Data Engineer with strong Agentic AI expertise to lead the design and delivery of next‑generation, AI‑driven data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires hands‑on experience building production-grade agentic systems combined with deep data engineering leadership.
You will play a key role in architecting, implementing, and guiding intelligent, multi‑agent solutions while leading a technical team and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience building Agentic AI workflows in real projects
• Hands-on multi‑agent architecture design & implementation
• Strong knowledge of agentic frameworks/tools (must explain why & how used)
• Practical experience with MCP, A2A, ACP protocols
• Ability to drive architecture & design decisions for agentic systems
• Expertise in GCP BigQuery, SQL, Python
• Experience with Google Dataflow (real-time & ETL pipelines)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
