Role description
We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong experience in Informatica, Snowflake, and Airflow to support the transition of existing Finance data pipelines and workflows. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in development and support, capable of understanding legacy processes and translating or modernizing them into DBT or Informatica IICS as part of ongoing platform evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain existing Informatica-based ETL pipelines, particularly those supporting Finance data workflows.
• Work on data engineering and pipeline orchestration using Snowflake and Airflow.
• Analyze existing ETL logic and translate or re-engineer workflows into DBT or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) where required.
• Assist in knowledge transition activities, documentation, and handover of Finance data processes.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance data pipelines to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data teams, and product/engineering teams during migration and modernization initiatives.
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter or similar).
• Experience working with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Ability to understand legacy ETL processes and support migration/modernization initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with DBT.
• Exposure to Informatica IICS or cloud ETL modernization projects.
• Experience supporting Finance or enterprise data environments is a plus.
