Role description
Responsibilities • Work with project team and broader team to build the architectural design of scalable and robust extract ETL from on-prem data sources to client AWS Lakehouse. • Design and implement using the client own data modeling tool to transform into resulting data model, also ensure strict data entitlement requirements. • Create and maintain architectural diagrams and technical documentation • Lead design review sessions with various teams, clearly articulating the design rationale and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement • Work with development team to guide and oversee the implementation of design according to technical documentations. • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment. Requirements • Proven experience as a Data Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior Data Engineer with a strong focus on data pipeline design. • Hand on experience using ALLOY / PURE data modeling tools to design and implement data models and data entitlement. • Good communication skill, can discuss in both business and technical context. • Nice to have, snowflake experience. ========== KPMG LLP (“KPMG”) seeks a contractor in the United States to provide service to KPMG through one of our contracted employer/agency service providers.
