This role is 5 days onsite in Columbus OH Contract to hire We are targeting mid-level to senior Data Engineers with Microsoft Fabric experience rather than highly senior Principal-level candidates. We are open to evaluating both direct-hire and contract-to-hire candidates and expect the final hiring approach may be a combination of both depending on the candidate pool and business needs. Contract-only is not ideal but can be discussed further during the kickoff meeting. A few important details on the role and expectations: • Candidates should have recent, hands-on experience designing, building, and supporting production data solutions. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders are important. • These roles will operate under the guidance of our Data Platform Manager Required Experience • Microsoft Fabric • PySpark • Data warehousing • ETL/ELT development • Data modeling • Experience working within the Microsoft data platform ecosystem Preferred Experience • Azure Data Factory • Azure Synapse Analytics • Power BI • Experience supporting reporting and analytics environments • Distribution, manufacturing, or similar business environments We are looking for well-screened, high-quality candidates only.
