Role description
Encore Talent Solutions is looking to add multiple Data Engineers to openings in the Cincinnati, OH area on long term contracts with options to hire. These roles will require full onsite work in the Cincinnati, OH area at this time (no hybrid/remote options are available with these roles). β€’ MUST BE W2 ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION ON THESE NEEDS WITHOUT VISA SPONSORSHIP/RESTRICTIONS AT THIS TIME β€’ NO C2C/1099/3RD PARTY PROFILES WILL BE CONSIDERED OR LOOKED AT β€’ OPEN TO RELO CANDIDATES IF NOT LOCAL TO THE AREA β€’ THIS WILL REQUIRE AN ONLINE TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT EXAM (ROUGHLY 35MIN) AS PART OF THE SCREENING PROCESS REQUIRED BY THE CLIENT β€’ From a technical skill perspective, these roles have been impacting the following: β€’ SQL β€’ Python β€’ Snowflake β€’ DBT β€’ API Development Primary Responsibilities: β€’ Design, construct, install, test and maintain data management systems. β€’ Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes. β€’ Ensure that all systems meet the business/company requirements as well as industry practices. β€’ Integrate up-and-coming data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures. β€’ Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production. β€’ Create custom software components and analytics applications. β€’ Research new uses for existing data. β€’ Employ an array of technological languages and tools to connect systems together. β€’ Collaborate with members of your team (eg, data architects, the IT team, data scientists) on the project’s goals. β€’ Install/update disaster recovery procedures. β€’ Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability and quality.
