The Role
• Design and develop robust data models for accurate and efficient reporting.
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure data is structured effectively to support reporting and analytics.
• Write and optimise DAX measures for improved performance and consistency.
• Contribute to a high-impact project delivering modern data solutions.
What You'll Need
• Strong experience in Data Engineering / BI development roles.
• Proven expertise in Power BI (dashboard and report development).
• Solid experience in Data Modelling (e.g., star schema, dimensional modelling).
• Advanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience working with public sector or local government organisations is desirable.
