The ideal candidate will contribute to the automation and efficiency improvement of HR workflows using advanced data engineering techniques and AWS tooling. This role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders and tech teams to implement scalable data solutions that bolster decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Analyze existing HR applications to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities. • Design and deploy scalable data pipelines for enhanced HR operations and analytics. • Automate manual processes and optimize workflows using AWS-native tools. • Maintain and ensure data integrity within HR systems through robust data models and ETL processes. • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of efficient, data-driven solutions. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformation and pipeline development. • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda, S3, and Step Functions. • Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and workflow automation. • Experience in building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and data lakes • Experience with BI tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI). Industry Experience: • Prior work within HR technology or related fields is highly beneficial.
