Role description
• 5+ years in data engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong expertise in managing and modeling complex datasets, particularly within Redshift
• Experience with data integration and cloud migration (AWS preferred)
• Proven ability to design and implement ETL pipelines using Informatica IICS
• Background in building scalable data architectures to support Power BI/Tableau dashboards
• Experience collaborating with Tableau / Power BI teams to develop and support datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Ability to drive data-informed decision-making across business units
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
