Data Engineer

Responsibilities • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data integration solutions. • Design and maintain data architecture and applications to enhance business insights. • Drive user story development and ensure top-tier delivery of data solutions. • Evaluate and enhance current processes to support organizational strategies and improve user experience. • Conduct thorough testing and document any discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and readiness. Skills • Over three years of experience in data engineering or a related field. • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and integration. • Strong background in data warehouse design and modeling, particularly dimensional modeling. • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. • Ability to operate independently and handle multiple tasks in an agile setting. Preferred Skills • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies and ETL/ELT processes. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks. • Understanding of the healthcare or health insurance industry. • Working knowledge of UNIX environments, including shell scripting.
