• Demonstrated experience in data engineering, including building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and workflow

• Industry expertise in ABF and mortgage servicing – settlements, remittances/cash consolidation, servicing workflows, etc.

• Good communication skills and change management abilities – align stakeholders and ensure operational readiness of new platform
•
• Product/Program Management – experience leading a full lifecycle project including driving requirements, design, build, testing, cutover planning, and go-live execution
