Location - Bristol and Leeds, Data Lead role
• Lead and manage offshore teams across Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and DataModelling
• Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to data architecture best practices
• Design and oversee scalable data pipelines using PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Cloud Spanner
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of data ingestion and transformation processes
• Optimize SQL queries, indexing, partitioning strategies, and cost-efficient data processing
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on delivery and quality
