Role description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Engineer with deep expertise in data processing, backend development, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SQL, ETL processes, and data architecture, along with the ability to develop and maintain APIs using C#. This role requires excellent critical thinking skills to design efficient data solutions and solve complex data challenges
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance
• Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs and backend services (C#)
• Develop and modify APIs to support data ingestion and transformation workflows
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and system-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools/processes and data pipeline development
• Proficiency in C# for backend/data integration development
• Experience in API development and modifications
• Strong experience with stored procedures and database optimization
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle complex data scenarios and large datasets
