About the role:
Join a fast-paced Marketing Analytics & Operations team as a Data Engineer. You’ll work with survey and marketing datasets to design scalable pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions that drive actionable insights for high-impact marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines, data models, and dashboards for marketing analytics
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and marketers to translate data needs into actionable insights
• Solve complex data integration challenges from structured & unstructured sources
• Ensure data security, quality, and compliance while working with large-scale datasets
• Conceptualize scalable data architectures and evaluate cost/benefit tradeoffs
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in data engineering, data analysis, or data science
• Strong SQL, ETL, Python skills
• Expertise in data modeling, visualization, and data warehousing
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with multi-disciplinary teams
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in Marketing Technology / Analytics
• Background in large tech environments
• Comfortable participating in team/client calls
