Department of Public Safety
Description: The Department of Public Safety - Fire Safety is transitioning from a legacy Records Management System (RMS) to a new RMS platform. The Agency seeks an experienced Data Engineer to support data discovery, modeling, extraction, and transformation activities required for a successful migration.
Required:
• Advanced SQL with emphasis on complex SELECT statements, joins, subqueries, and transformation logic.
• MySQL/MSSQL database architecture, and schema discovery.

• ETL methodology and preparing structured data for ingestion into third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to interpret incomplete or ambiguous legacy data.
• Experience with ETL processing binary large objects, PDF, and other unstructured data
Preferred:
