Role description
Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer specializing in Graph Databases (Neo4j) to design and maintain robust data pipelines and model complex data structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating efficient Cypher queries, integrating data from various sources into Neo4j, and optimizing performance for high-traffic production environments. Key Responsibilities • Graph Modeling & Design: Design, develop, and implement graph data models (LPG/RDF) tailored for complex relationship analysis. • ETL Pipeline Development: Build and maintain high-performance, stable data pipelines using Python/PySpark to ingest data into Neo4j. • Query Optimization: Write, optimize, and debug advanced Cypher queries, utilizing APOC procedures for maximum efficiency. • Data Integration: Integrate Neo4j with existing data systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and relational databases (SQL). • Graph Data Science (GDS): Leverage Graph Data Science libraries to derive insights and patterns from connected data. • Performance Tuning: Monitor and improve graph database performance, including indexing and query profiling.
