Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Data Engineer.

What You Will Be Doing
You will join the Applications Development team to support organizational growth by utilizing your IT data expertise to analyze gaps and build tools that support operations teams. This role requires a deadline-driven and innovative professional to develop processes and procedures that drive department efficiency.
Location Note: This is a 3-month Contract-to-Hire position. There is a strong preference for candidates local to St. Louis. Candidates residing in Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Chicago/Lockport, Houston, Lansing, Memphis, or San Antonio must be willing to work in the office at least three days per week for the first 60 days.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable data models, analytics frameworks, and reporting structures to support long-term business goals.
• Define and enforce data standards, best practices, and governance across the analytics function.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to influence data architecture and pipeline development.
• Conduct sophisticated statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and experimentation, such as A/B tests and cohort analysis.
• Enforce safety expectations, aiming for ZERO incidents 100% of the time.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7+ years of IT data and analytics experience.
• Expert proficiency with SQL, Python, or R.
• Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Expert understanding of statistical concepts, relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Associate-level certification on a modern data platform.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goals.
Pay: $49.00 – $70.00 /hr.
