Job Title: Data Engineer
Location: Remote, (Remote)
Job Summary: We are seeking a data professional to help build and support a cloud-based data platform that brings Warehouse Management System data into Google Cloud Platform. Our team is focused on ingesting, curating, and modeling data to create trusted, analytics-ready assets that will also support future AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and optimize data solutions using Dataproc, BigQuery, SQL, and dbt.
• Ingest, transform, validate, and publish data from enterprise source systems.
• Support data modeling, testing, production stability, and documentation for enterprise data products.
Required
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Looking for approximately 2+ years of GCP experience and 4+ years of overall data engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong experience with Dataproc, BigQuery, SQL, and dbt.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling and analytical data warehouse concepts.
• Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and processing large datasets.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD.
