Job Title: Data Engineer (Snowflake, DBT, AWS) Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Contract Notes: • In-person interview must Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Snowflake, DBT, AWS data services, Python, and CI/CD pipeline development using Git-based workflows. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines using modern data engineering tools. • Develop and maintain data models using DBT (Data Build Tool). • Work extensively with Snowflake for data warehousing, performance tuning, and optimization. • Build and manage ETL/ELT processes to support analytics and reporting requirements. • Utilize AWS Data Services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, and EMR as needed. • Develop scripts and automation using Python. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git-based tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across data platforms. • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand requirements. • Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and system performance. Required Skills • Strong experience with Snowflake (data warehousing) • Proficiency in DBT for data transformation • Hands-on experience with AWS Data Services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, etc.) • Strong programming skills in Python • Experience with SQL and performance tuning • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows • Knowledge of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, etc.) • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes
