Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain robust, secure, and well-documented data products.
• Participate in design and implementation reviews to learn best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve defects.
• Support and troubleshoot existing data products to ensure smooth operation.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and promote data product custodianship.
• Enhance the security, resilience, and maintainability of data services.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Technical Skills Required
• SQL Server: Strong understanding of relational databases, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• SSIS: Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining ETL packages.
• Power BI: Skilled in creating interactive dashboards, connecting data sources, and using DAX.
• Data Engineering: Proficiency in collecting, transforming, and loading data using modern tools and techniques.
• Data Modelling & Design: Ability to design and implement ER diagrams and database schemas.
