Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled TradingHub Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-quality data pipelines that power the TradingHub trade surveillance platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ETL development, SQL, and Python (or C#), combined with hands-on TradingHub implementation expertise and a solid understanding of capital markets data.
This role requires close collaboration with compliance, trading, and technology teams to deliver accurate, timely, and regulatory-compliant data feeds that support surveillance analytics and market abuse detection.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines integrating internal and external financial market data into the TradingHub platform.
β’ Configure, deploy, and optimize the TradingHub trade surveillance environment, ensuring data quality and performance.
β’ Apply capital markets knowledge (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives) to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation.
β’ Work with compliance, trading, and risk stakeholders to align technical solutions with regulatory standards.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and quality issues, including performing root cause analysis for production incidents.
β’ Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for data flows, mappings, and platform configurations.
β’ Drive continuous improvement through automation, performance tuning, and adoption of modern data technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
β’ 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or ETL development within financial services or capital markets.
β’ Mandatory: Hands-on experience with TradingHub trade surveillance implementation.
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or C# for data transformation and processing.
β’ Solid understanding of market data, trade flow processing, and surveillance use cases.
β’ Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) or big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop).
β’ Knowledge of regulatory compliance, market abuse monitoring, and reporting standards.
β’ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Education
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
