About the Team
The Core Data team focuses on enhancing the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of key datasets, including Visits data and DataMarts. These data assets support high-impact initiatives across the organization, such as marketing attribution, experimentation and testing frameworks, machine learning applications (including search-related use cases), and company-wide performance measurement and reporting.
About The Role
We are seeking a short-term contractor to join the Core Data team during the first half of 2026. In this role, you will contribute to priority initiatives while also helping reduce the teamβs existing backlog. Youβll work closely with partners to ensure critical data products remain accurate, scalable, and easy to use.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL
β’ Working knowledge of at least one JVM-based programming language
β’ Experience analyzing, processing, and drawing insights from large-scale datasets
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
β’ Experience with Scala and Apache Spark
β’ Familiarity with BigQuery
β’ Experience building or maintaining Kafka Streams applications
