Role description
Position: Data Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX – On site
Duration: 12+ months
Rate: DOE

• Prospector Pro
• C360 for CSMs
• C360 for Agents
• C360 for Executives
• DataSphere
They will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of these systems post-deployment, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
A requirement is that we have the ability to hire after contract.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues in real-time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• New Data Ingestion
• UI/UX Changes
• Data Quality and Integrity
• Adhoc Business Requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Campaign Lifecycle Management Team, Customer Success Managers, Officer Support Teams, and data teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Document each issue including the solution to contribute to knowledge base.
• When bandwidth allows, provide support for the AI Agent Foundry initiative, contributing to the development and maintenance of AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
• Experience in developing robust ETLs and ensuring data quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate with the business and technology teams
• Very collaborative and coachable
• Ability to pivot when needed
• Experience with data platforms, ingestion pipelines, or UI/UX troubleshooting is a plus
• Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML tools or platforms is a bonus
