Senior Data Engineer | Heathrow, London | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | 6-12 Month Contract
We are searching for one of our key clients for a Senior Data Engineer to join a major data transformation programme within the aviation sector. This is an opportunity to help modernise large-scale enterprise data platforms, migrating legacy environments into cloud-native solutions using the latest AWS and Snowflake technologies.
Key skills:
• Snowflake, Teradata & Informatica
• Python & SQL
• AWS, Airflow & DBT
• GitHub & CI/CD
• ETL & Data Warehousing
• Control-M, Unix/Linux
• Data Modelling & Performance Optimisation
You'll design and optimise scalable data pipelines, modernise legacy ETL solutions, improve data quality, and collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deliver production-ready cloud data platforms. Experience with Teradata to Snowflake migrations or large enterprise data transformation projects would be highly beneficial.
