Role description
We are seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms that support analytics and business reporting. You will be responsible for integrating data from multiple sources, optimising data models, and ensuring data quality and reliability across the environment.
Contract Information
• Job title: Data Engineer
• Contract Type: Inside IR35
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 Months+
• Work Model: Hybrid in London, 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
• Workload: Full-time
Key skills required:
• Strong SQL and Python
• ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Data warehousing experience
• Orchestration tooling such as Airflow
• Strong understanding of data modelling and data quality
Desirable:
• dbt
• Spark or Databricks
• Kafka or other streaming tools
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
