Data Engineer with Tableau | Only USC & Green Card Holders | W2 Only Location: Dallas, TX (Local Candidates Only) Duration: Long-Term Contract Experience: 7+ Years Work Mode: Onsite Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with strong Tableau expertise to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable data pipelines, developing interactive dashboards, and working with modern cloud-based data platforms to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions. The role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and data scientists to transform complex data into actionable insights. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Analytics. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. • Hands-on experience with Tableau , Tableau, and dashboard development. • Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. • Experience with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, or similar cloud technologies. • Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data warehouse platforms. • Experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts. • Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for enterprise analytics. • Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business users. • Create and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple enterprise systems. • Optimize SQL queries and improve data processing performance. • Implement data quality, validation, governance, and monitoring frameworks. • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements. • Support data platform enhancements, documentation, and production issue resolution. • Ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that support business decision-making
