Data Governance Analyst

Longterm Contract ONSITE 5x per week in Juno Beach, FL We are expanding our Data Governance team and are hiring a Data Quality/Governance Analyst to support enterprise-wide data initiatives. This position will play a key role in helping implement data governance best practices, performing heavy data analysis, and supporting data quality efforts across large datasets within the enterprise. Key Responsibilities • Perform data quality analysis across large, complex datasets • Support the implementation and ongoing development of the data governance program • Identify data quality issues, trends, and gaps; partner with stakeholders to improve data standards and practices • Conduct ad hoc and recurring SQL-based analysis to support governance and quality initiatives • Work within Databricks for data analysis and quality assessment (hands-on usage required) • Collaborate with senior analysts and governance leaders on enterprise data initiatives • Help establish and reinforce data governance best practices across the organization Required Qualifications • 3–5+ years of experience in a data quality, data analysis, data governance or related role • Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large volumes of data • Experience supporting or working within a data governance or data management framework • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail • Ability to work cross-functionally within an enterprise data environment
