Client: Entertainment Provider
Title: Data Governance Analyst
Duration: 11 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Schedule: Los Angeles, CA 90028 - Onsite
Pay Range: ($30-$32) hourly
Role Summary
• Execution-focused role supporting master data governance operations in Ora\_cle Fusion.
• Responsible for creating, updating, and validating master data across Title Management and finance structures (Chart of Accounts) within governed workflows.
Responsibilities
• Execute master data requests in Ora\_cle Fusion EDM (create, update, maintain records)
• Manage Title data (Show, Season, Episode, Part) with correct attributes and hierarchy
• Process FCGL / Chart of Accounts requests (Company, Department, Account, etc.)
• Monitor and manage workflow queues (approve, reject, rework requests)
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Handle high-volume requests within defined SLAs
• Support data corrections, mapping updates, and cutover activities
• Maintain basic documentation and track operational metrics
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years in master data, ERP support, or data operations
• Hands-on experience with Ora\_cle Fusion, EDM, or similar ERP systems
• Experience with structured data, validation rules, and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Proficiency in Excel
• Clear communication across Finance and IT teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
• Experience in master data governance (MDM / MDG)
• Exposure to the Chart of Accounts (COA) / financial data
• Experience handling workflow approvals / ticketing systems
• Experience in high-volume operational environments.
