📍 Location: Smyrna, DE (Hybrid – Onsite Monday & Tuesday)

We are seeking a Business Analyst 1 (Data Governance Analyst) with experience in data governance, metadata management, and data standardization. This role will support enterprise data quality initiatives by developing data dictionaries, maintaining metadata repositories, and ensuring data consistency across systems.
Key Skills:
• Data Governance & Data Management
• Data Dictionaries & Metadata Management
• SQL, Python, or R
• Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Data Governance Tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, etc.)
• HIPAA/GDPR knowledge preferred
• Healthcare, Public Health, or Government experience is a plus
✅ Bachelor's degree required
✅ 3+ years of relevant experience
✅ In-person panel interview required
✅ Candidates should be located within one hour of Smyrna, DE
