-Familiarity with Databricks, AWS S3, and Azure
-Highly organized with excellent communication and analytical skills
-Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Job Description
-Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
-Monitor data quality and identify improvement opportunities
-Collaborate with data owners and stewards to uphold data standards
-Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories
-Ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and resolve data-related issues
-Respond to requests related to internally developed SQL processes
-Troubleshoot SQL procedures, optimize queries, and advise on internal app development processes
-Collect and document requirements for data development initiatives from business stakeholders
-Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering teams to write SQL queries for ad-hoc inquiries or stored procedures
-Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
-Utilize version control tools to maintain structured workflows; ensure documentation, testing, and deployment best practices
