Data Governance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to administer and enhance our enterprise Data Governance Program within a dynamic financial services environment. This role ensures organizational data assets are effectively managed, protected, and leveraged to support strategic decision-making. You will drive data quality, integrity, privacy, and security initiatives while ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining governance frameworks, policies, and standards; leading cross-functional governance committees; overseeing data stewardship, metadata management, and data lineage processes; and monitoring data quality metrics and reporting. You will partner closely with IT, risk, compliance, and business units to align data practices with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. This is a contract to hire role in the Milwaukee area, hybrid onsite.
