Data Governance Domain Lead

Responsibilities • Lead data governance efforts for the Oracle Modernization project, coordinating with data owners and stakeholders. • Coach team members on defining business data, establishing rules, and ensuring data quality. • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align governance with technical architecture. • Guide data quality monitoring and assessments to maintain high standards. Skills • Proven experience in data governance within Oracle migration or implementation projects. • Strong ability to define business data and establish guidelines for data management. • Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with various teams. • Technical understanding of data architecture and governance principles. Preferred Skills • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on data management practices. • Familiarity with data quality monitoring tools and techniques. • Ability to bridge technical and business aspects of data governance.
