• Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, standards, and processes aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., DAMA DMBOK).
• Proficiency with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Alation.
• Familiarity with data quality management techniques and tools.
• Provide training and guidance to data stewards and business users to enhance data literacy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in insurance (e.g., GDPR, Solvency II).
