8-10 years of experience in data governance, risk management, or reporting within financial services or a regulated industry.
Proven experience in managing teams and leading governance or control initiatives across large organisations.
Strong understanding of data management principles, including data ownership, lineage, quality, and metadata management.
Expertise in risk control frameworks, issue management, and assurance reporting.
Experience working with data governance tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Familiarity with global data regulations and standards such as BCBS 239, GDPR, and ISO 8000 or similar.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
