Role description
6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | £400–£700 per day Hybrid – 2 days onsite (London, Leeds, or Edinburgh) We are looking for an experienced Data Frameworks and Governance Specialist to support a high-profile regulatory environment, ensuring data governance and data quality frameworks are robust and fit for purpose. This is a hands-on senior consultant / SME role, focused on improving data governance operating models and embedding effective data quality controls within a regulated organisation. Key Responsibilities • Assess and strengthen existing data governance frameworks and operating models • Design and embed data quality frameworks, standards, and controls • Define data ownership, policies, and accountabilities • Support regulatory-aligned data practices and assurance activity • Work closely with business, technology, and risk stakeholders Experience Required • Strong experience in data governance and data quality • Background in financial services or regulated environments • Experience working with regulators or large public bodies • Able to operate hands-on and influence senior stakeholders Contract Details • 6 months, Outside IR35 • £450–£700 per day (dependent on experience) • Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite (London, Leeds, or Edinburgh) A strong opportunity to deliver meaningful data improvements in a complex regulatory setting.
