Role description
HR (Data Integration Oracle HCM to Azure) Job Summary Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Data Integration Developer to support HR data modernization and analytics initiatives. The role focuses on Oracle HCM Cloud data, SQL development, reporting, data validation, and legacy HR system modernization. Key Responsibilities • Develop complex SQL queries and database objects in Oracle and SQL Server. • Support Oracle HCM data integration, transformation, and reporting. • Work with BI Publisher (BIP) and BICC for data extraction and validation. • Analyze Oracle HCM frontend functionality and backend data structures. • Create technical documentation, data mappings, lineage, and governance artifacts. • Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and issue resolution. • Collaborate with business, analytics, and technical teams. Required Skills ✔ Oracle HCM Cloud ✔ Oracle SQL & SQL Server ✔ BI Publisher (BIP) & BICC ✔ Data Warehousing & Historical Data Design ✔ Data Mapping, Data Governance & Documentation ✔ HR Systems Modernization (PeopleSoft experience preferred) Experience • 5–10 years of relevant experience. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Experience supporting HR analytics and enterprise reporting environments.
