Department: Systems Employment Type: Contract / Temp Location: Oregon - Clackamas Compensation: $80 - $115 / year Description Summary The Data and Integrations Analyst – Systems Integration & Master Data is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of key financial and operational data across multiple business applications. This role focuses heavily on resolving system-to-system integration issues, maintaining and enhancing master data, executing mass data updates, and supporting business teams in managing the flow of data that drives financial transaction recording. The Data and Integrations Analyst will play a critical role in improving data quality, streamlining processes, and supporting system enhancements by consolidating information from various sources into clear, actionable insights. This position supports the organization’s ability to operate efficiently by ensuring that the right data is flowing into the right systems at the right time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable navigating multiple systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting complex data discrepancies. Duties and Responsibilities β€’ Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system integration issues between financial and operational applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, financial transaction tools). β€’ Perform data scrubbing, cleansing, and validation as part of system updates or migrations. β€’ Perform mass uploads and bulk updates while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards. β€’ Support ongoing updates to master data, including customers, vendors, dimensions, chart of accounts attributes, items, and other financial-related data. β€’ Support testing for new integrations or updates, including developing test cases, validating results, and coordinating with end +users. β€’ Identify, investigate, and reconcile data discrepancies across systems, including mismatches in financial transactions, missing master data, or failed integrations. β€’ Respond to ad-hoc data requests, reconciliations, or analyses to support business needs. β€’ Work with IT, business systems teams, and software vendors to document, escalate, and solve data flow or synchronization errors. β€’ Collaborate with business owners to define and maintain data governance rules, naming conventions, and validation logic. β€’ Evaluate system and business processes to uncover areas for improved data accuracy, automation, and efficiency. β€’ Document data processes, rules, and workflows to support internal controls and consistent usage across departments. β€’ Assist with user training, help documentation, SOPs, and job aids related to data entry, system usage, or integration workflows. β€’ Participate in projects related to system improvements, ERP enhancements, or new tool rollout Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. β€’ Required Qualifications: β€’ 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role working with large datasets or system integrations. β€’ Hands-on experience maintaining master data and performing data updates or data migration tasks. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. β€’ High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. β€’ Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and at least one reporting or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau). β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks, balance priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users. β€’ Required Qualifications: β€’ Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central β€’ Familiarity with financial transaction workflows, accounting concepts, or billing/invoicing processes. β€’ Experience with data integration tools, APIs, or middleware platforms. β€’ Experience conducting system testing, documenting processes, or supporting end-user training. β€’ Prior experience in a multi-system environment (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, financial tools) β€’ Computer Skills: Microsoft suite (core applications), Google, Slack, experience in Jira and/or other management platforms and software preferred β€’ Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written β€’ Math Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication and division β€’ Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required between buildings and sites β€’ Ability to maintain/manage confidential information β€’ State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older β€’ Will be required to submit to a background check β€’ Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications Benefits As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $80,000-115,000/yr.
