Terms of Employment • W2 Contract, 12 Months (Possible Conversion) • Hybrid Schedule (Candidate should be available to attend key in-person meetings and training sessions as needed while primarily supporting teams remotely) Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. • Proven track record of turning data into meaningful analysis, presenting to business stakeholders, and driving value for the business. Experience developing Return on Investment (ROI) and present to stakeholders and management. Ability to see the big picture and to focus on details when necessary. • Healthcare reporting and analytics experience • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills • Ability to interpret and explain complex reports to non-technical audiences • Experience working directly with clients and account management teams • Strong problem-solving and data validation skills • Strong research and investigative skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
