Job Summary:
The Data Management Analyst will support the Finance Data Management Office by ensuring the accuracy, governance, and trusted use of critical financial data. This role partners closely with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to define data standards, manage metadata, and resolve data quality issues across key reporting and regulatory workflows. This is an onsite role (3+ days per week) supporting strategic pillars of “Be More for our Clients” and “Run our Company Better.”
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Governance & Stewardship – Define and maintain data definitions, business rules, and metadata in Collibra. Monitor data quality KPIs and escalate issues through governance channels.
• Cross-Functional Alignment – Partner with Finance stakeholders to ensure data standards align with regulatory requirements and enterprise taxonomy.
• Data Quality & Issue Resolution – Coordinate governance forums and prioritize remediation actions to enhance data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Technical Collaboration – Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure updates to data pipelines adhere to governance policies and documented controls.
• Stakeholder Communication – Build materials and presentations for senior audiences; facilitate training, workshops, and governance council meetings.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in finance data management, data governance, or financial systems support
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, pivot models, VBA/macros)
• Strong SQL skills (advanced querying, performance tuning, stored procedures)
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive-grade PowerPoint presentations
• Hands-on experience with Collibra (glossary/catalog setup, workflows, metadata lineage)
• Foundational understanding of Finance business processes and regulatory reporting controls
• Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in large-scale financial services or enterprise data environments
• Familiarity with Solidatus, Power BI, or AI-based process automation
• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable leading governance forums
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams and time zones
