Data Management Analyst (FR Y-14)

Role: Data Management Analyst • Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) • Duration: 3 months (possible extension) What you’ll do • Manage and resolve data defects/issues end-to-end • Work with business + tech teams to fix data problems quickly • Support FR Y-14 reporting (triage, escalation, coordination) • Track issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution • Handle stakeholder communication, reporting, and SLA tracking Must-have skills • Experience in data management / data quality / defect remediation • Hands-on with tools like JIRA or similar • Knowledge of regulatory reporting (FR Y-14 / Call Reports / 10-K / 10-Q) • Understanding of data flow & lineage (source reporting) • Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills Good to have • Banking/financial domain experience (e.g., Wells Fargo) • Experience with reconciliation, variance analysis, or adjustments Pay Range: $65- $70 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
