Role description
We are seeking two experienced Data Analysts / Business Analysts to support regulatory reporting initiatives. The ideal candidates will have a strong SQL background, hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA, and a solid understanding of regulatory data requirements within the financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Support end-to-end regulatory reporting processes, including data analysis, validation, and reconciliation
β’ Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
β’ Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting and analysis
β’ Work extensively with Oracle OFSAA for regulatory calculations, data extraction, and reporting
β’ Collaborate with business, risk, finance, and compliance teams to gather and translate regulatory requirements into data solutions
β’ Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvements related to regulatory reporting
β’ Assist in UAT, data quality checks, and regulatory audits as required
β’ Prepare documentation and provide support for ongoing and new regulatory initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
β’ Strong experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in regulatory reporting
β’ Advanced SQL skills (query writing, performance tuning, complex joins, data validation)
β’ Hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA (mandatory)
β’ Good understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and financial data
β’ Experience working with large, complex datasets in banking or financial services
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
β’ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
