Data Management Analyst

Contract Duration: 12 Months Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. • Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices. • 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis using SQL/Python or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases) • 3+ years of technical solution design to business problems. • 3+ JIRA and/or Agile experience. What You Will Be Doing • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. • Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes. • Collaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals. • Translate complex data findings to clear actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Apply strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, paired with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
