Job Title: Data Analyst I (MRO Data Management)
Location: Longview, WA 98632(Hybrid)
Employment: Contract

Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Pay Rate: $21.72/hour (W2)
Shift: Typically between 8:00 AM β 8:00 PM

Hybrid Schedule
β’ Core onsite days: Monday β Wednesday
β’ Thursdays and Fridays may be worked remotely (manager discretion)
β’ Bi-weekly Tuesday Pulse Check meeting is mandatory (in person if onsite, otherwise via Microsoft Teams)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst I to support Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) data management by improving the accuracy and quality of item records. This role focuses on data cleansing, duplicate removal, categorization, and maintaining accurate product information within the company's database.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Review, clean, and maintain MRO item data for accuracy and completeness.
β’ Research missing or incorrect product information using supplier, manufacturer, and internet resources.
β’ Identify and eliminate duplicate records.
β’ Categorize MRO items into the appropriate classifications.
β’ Verify whether items already exist in the system and update or create records accordingly.
β’ Use the Integrity system to create, update, and maintain item records.
β’ Ensure legacy data is incorporated into current records where applicable.
β’ Document items requiring additional research or follow-up.
β’ Meet weekly and monthly productivity and quality goals established by the Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
β’ Experience with data entry, data analysis, or data management.
β’ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
β’ Ability to research and validate information from multiple sources.
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) data or inventory systems.
β’ Experience with ERP or master data management systems.
β’ Familiarity with product categorization and data quality processes.
Key Deliverables
β’ Accurate and updated MRO item records.
β’ Proper categorization of all MRO items.
β’ Complete product information with missing details added.
β’ Legacy data successfully incorporated into current records.
β’ New and updated items enriched with relevant information.
β’ Research items identified and documented for follow-up.
β’ Consistent achievement of weekly and monthly project goals.
