Start Date: Immediate Job Description: The Mission We are looking for a technical Requirements Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between our internal engineering teams and our external partners. This role is focused on the execution of data exchange-ensuring that requirements move seamlessly between systems without losing integrity-and the creation of code-based tools to report on that progress in real-time. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Exchange Execution (The "Pipeline") • Jama Administration & Sync: Own the end-to-end import/export process specifically within Jama Connect. • External Partner Alignment: Manage the technical handshake with external partners, ensuring requirements, attributes, and traceability remain consistent across different platforms (ReqIF, Excel, etc.). • Data Integrity: Validate all incoming/outgoing data packages. You are the final gatekeeper for ensuring our requirements database remains the "Single Source of Truth." 1. Tooling & Automation (The "Dashboard") • Code-Based Reporting: Develop and maintain custom scripts (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to automate the generation of requirements reports and traceability matrices. • API Integration: Leverage the Jama REST API to build custom utilities that streamline data movement and status tracking. • Process Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in the requirements lifecycle and build technical solutions to automate them.
