Job Title: Invoicing Migration Analyst β Third-Party Labor (TPL) Initiative
Location: New York, NY 10010 (Hybrid β 1 day/week onsite)
Duration: 10 Months (Potential Extension)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an Invoicing Migration Analyst to support the migration of third-party labor invoicing from ReadSoft to SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba platforms. The role will focus on data analysis, supplier coordination, contract validation, and migration execution while ensuring compliance with Third-Party Labor (TPL) policies.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Identify and locate applicable Statements of Work (SOWs) for invoicing migration.
β’ Correlate resources to SOWs using SAP Fieldglass Profile Worker data.
β’ Validate supplier spend, headcount, and contract expiration details.
β’ Complete migration templates including financial data, cost centers, and remaining budgets.
β’ Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoicing migration and onboarding readiness.
β’ Support supplier onboarding activities including collection of W9 forms, banking details, and account setup.
β’ Assist with execution of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) agreements.
β’ Ensure migrated vendors and contracts meet compliance requirements.
β’ Work with Procurement and Legal teams to review or amend SOWs when required.
β’ Support testing and loading of SOW data into SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba systems.
β’ Maintain migration trackers and provide regular status updates.
β’ Monitor risks, issues, and migration progress.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and reconciliation.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience in procurement operations or contract management.
β’ Exposure to system migration or process transformation initiatives.
β’ Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and/or SAP Ariba.
β’ Understanding of third-party labor policies and invoicing workflows.
